The Pennant at North Crossings

I love my apartment, it's expensive but the amenities make up for it. There's not a lot to do in downtown Hartford, so living in a building with its own private gym, golf simulator, pool, bowling alley, rooftop area (complete with grills and cornhole) overlooking the Yardgoats Baseball Field, has been - in my opinion - well worth the cost.

Pennant

Excellent building. It’s brand new. High end appliances. The building has a pool, gym, bowling alley, and a golf simulator. Apartment has in unit washer and dryer.
