Not bad
For the price, the apartment is spacious and has nice high ceilings. I've have no maintenance issues in my apartment in the year I've lived there. There is security every night from 6am-6pm. It's right next to Pratt street in downtown Hartford which is very up and coming and has nice restaurants. The building isn't always maintained the best, specifically there are only 2 elevators for the whole building which is 12 floors and one of the elevators is almost always broken. The HVAC system is always on either heat or air conditioning, so in the transitional months the temperature can be very uncomfortable. It is right in downtown Hartford as well so it's not as safe of an area as some other apartment options.
