OK Option
The apartment is beautiful, super tall windows, but there are a couple of things I wish I had known. First, it's not in the best part of town. But the good part of town is just a couple of blocks (walking distance) away. Parking is not included so I park on the street. During fall hurricanes this can dirty your tires quick. Also, if you're in a 2-bed, one room is significantly larger than the other (with way more storage too), so if you can work it out so you pay less in rent if you end up with the smaller room, that would be preferred. I also wish management were a little more responsive. I took over someone's lease and had to call so many times to get things moving on their end.

Downtown approximate living
Close to downtown but cheaper than living in the middle of downtown. You do have to pay $25 monthly for parking but otherwise very modern sleek and fun place to live for a single person.
