Value and good location
Great amenities including access to pool/hot tub/gym/basketball court/paddle board rental (free to rent), close to greenbelt so can bike to campus. Love waking up to see the pond everyday! Within short walking distance of the Lit Room, Push & Pour, Oldspeak Bar, wineries, breweries and more! Really does not feel like it is in “the city.”

Pretty Great Place to Live
Prior to moving to Whitewater Park, we were living at The Martha. Our rent is very similar but we now have access to two pools, a hot tub, a 24 hour gym, a basketball court, two greenbelt access points, and get to see Quinn's pond everyday! The geese and ducks are very entertaining. Definitely move before the semester starts (learn from my mistake). Management here is much less invasive than Commercial Northwest (Commercial was very shady about returning our deposit, constantly inspecting all apartments, and had a new property manager almost every two months).
