Quiet and convenient

The complex is a bit old (built in the 1960's) and sometimes shows signs of it's age. It is extremely conveniently located (15mins from campus) and is very safe and quiet. However, you pay a premium for the convenience and tranquility.

Great Spot!

This is the second unit i have lived in within this complex and it is a great spot if you can find an available unit! It takes me about 10 mins to get to the law school/downtown. The units are individually owned, so I have a landlord separate from the complex management office.
