Beautiful with Zero Issues

I live here with my partner, our dog, and two cats. We have an extremely spacious apartment and it's on the higher end of what their apartments range, it is extremely manageable on a student budget in Columbus. As someone who has never lived in Ohio, let alone a city like Columbus, we really took a risk on where we lived. LC is downtown but feels very safe and secure. It is also right on the 1,2, and 102 bus routes which makes it quick and easy to get to Drinko hall without buying a parking pass.

It’s great!

It is in the heart of Columbus, so there are lots of events. Sometimes roads get blocked off and you can’t drive back to your apartment. Also, weekend nights can be crazy as people get out of bars. We are in early, though, so we haven’t had many issues.
This apartment complex is awesome. We have a really nice gym right down the street which is included in the rent. They are also pet friendly and the pet fee is very low. There is a courtyard to lounge around in, and a pool. It’s just a couple of blocks away from the Supreme Court and has access to a lot of walking/running trails. And it’s next to the river! Being downtown is great because we get “free” parking for a lot of events such as the Jazz and Rib Festival. We can literally just step outside! We love it here and will be staying as long as we are in Columbus.

Review of LC RiverSouth

It is a really great option if you want to be downtown and outside of the Short North/campus area. It has huge windows for natural light, a great management company, a nice gym, they are working on a pool, and they emphasize community engagement within the apartments. They have a lot of events/opportunities to socialize. The restaurant/coffee shop attached it also very nice.
