Great building, subpar location

Right across jewel, on Madison Street so gets kinda busy. Amazing new building with latch and butterfly codes tj get in. Brand new appliances. Management quick to respond but don’t really need them. Just on the edge of oak park so location could be better but for price it’s worth it
