The Birch at 51 Washington

The apartment is great but every space has its flaws. I moved here after leaving another apartment complex in King of Prussia (roach/mouse problem) so I am much happier. With that said, it's not perfect and I will include the 2 biggest flaws. The parking situation is the biggest drawback. I currently pay $125 to park my car in a "compact" spot and I have to contort my body to get into my car because the spots are so small. If this is going to drive you nuts, this is not the place for you. The second drawback is the noise in the apartment. The sound does carry, for example I will here male voices at night. If it is bordering too loud, I'll sleep with ear plugs and I am fine. So if you can't occasionally work with headphones, this may not be the place for you. With that being said, the place is beautiful, the rooms are well-made and clean, lots of space and the gym is great. It definitely is a balance of checking your boxes and sacrificing some things.

I really like it. It is super nice and clean, has great amenities, is close to everything you might need, and the commute to school is really easy. It is very safe and everyone is really friendly, plus many law students live here so there is a bit of a community.

I love living at the Birch. Conshy is a great area that I feel very safe in, and my building has many other people around my age living there. The building is very modern and well maintained, with a ton of amenities. It is also a very short commute to school, taking the back roads is less than 15 minutes! There is also a train line very close which makes it really easy to get to the city and airport.
