Avia is Great

Very safe! About 10-15 minutes from campus depending on traffic. Right by Wald park (great for walking) as well as Walmart, Publix, and local restaurants (Vestavia City Center). Lots of Samford students and young families live here. Avia has the best management and are quick to help! Could not recommend more!

Avia review

Avia is a great place to live. Great location and the apartment itself is nice. Older apartments but renovated recently. Only thing we struggle with is a few roaches

Best apartments

They are very comfortable, family-friendly apartments close to the university. It takes about 10-12 minutes to get from Avia Apartments to the university. They have a very good location and a sports complex nearby.

Avia Apartments

A close 10 minute drive to campus. Cheaper than apartments that are closer to campus and honestly nicer. Generally is at least a 3-month waitlist to get in because of the cost and neighborhood.
