Downtown loft vibe

I love the location of this apartment. Walking distance from various bars and restaurants and in a safe area of downtown. The apartment itself is very spacious, which I love because I never feel crammed. Downsides include parking and management. We park a good bit away from the building which stinks when we have groceries and when it’s super hot or super cold out. Also, it’s difficult to get in touch with management but easy to get in touch with maintenance! Have had a good bit of issues in the apartment but that comes with the territory of living in an old loft.
