Great location
In between Wash Park and downtown, you have restaurants and bars as well as simple access to live events. The apartment community has a great community where people speak and hang out. There are community events, and we have a pool, hot tub, gym, and community with a rooftop firepit. It is not easy to access the light rail, but there is a bus stop a block away.
