It’s ok, it used to be better under the previous management, but the new management has an incredibly small maintenance team. Your maintenance requests almost never get serviced. Also have had my car broken into once. They did add a security camera to the entrance of the garage afterwards but, it’s something to think about. I also don’t like how far I have to walk from the garage to my apartment, it’s about two football fields worth of a walk, which is deadly when your arms are filled with groceries. It is a very dog friendly complex though, which could be a plus for you. also, gigabit internet access with AT&T is a huge plus for me, as a gamer.

Experience has been great. Very responsive to (rare) maintenance issues. Private garage. Pool, gym and clubhouse are great. 10 minute drive to the school.

I lucked out finding this apartment. Little known fact about Fort Worth: the downtown area has an "affordable rate" in some complexes. The units are identical to a regular rate apartment, but offer a discounted rate if you make inbetween X and X dollars per year. My student loans put me at this rate, which is why I have a 2 bed/2 bath for cheaper than a studio at the same complex.

Overall the apartment itself is fairly nice and the on-site maintenance has been a life saver! I've been quite happy hear. It is next to the railroad track so there is noise, but that's my biggest downside. Also, lots of law students are here!

We live in a townhome apartment so we’re not attached to the main complex and it’s great. We have a view of the river, we’re not surrounded by noise, and we can get right on the highway. They also let you rent a washer and dryer for $50/month so you don’t have to buy one.

I love living here! It’s super close to the school and reasonable price with a roommate.
