Washington Way Apartments

Very conveniently located between both Sewell and Stratford campuses. Apartment is very spacious. Buildings are old so there may be the occasional sightings of bugs and possibly mice, but no infestations or any of that sort. Management will usually answer and maintenance problems get solved within a week; they don't like being confronted in a disrespectful or demanding manner. No one really uses the gym, has a treadmill and a few other things, but certainly not as useful as they advertise it to be. Overall not the best or most ideal place, but also not the worst compared to what else is around.
