Satisfactory
(Wasn't a 1x1, just left it blank b/c my place wasn't applicable. Also means I don't know regular pricing for units, so would recommend checking that.)
Location was very convenient -- 15 minute drive to school, a few restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Wasn't shoddy construction or dirty or anything. Pretty quiet (except for one tenant with a loud car). Maintenance had to enter units for inspections maybe 2-3 times per year.
