Basic but Quiet & Secure Apartments
Windsor Lake Apartments are very basic apartments, but is a very quiet and secure community. Besides the thin walls connecting to the next apartment and the large amount of geese poop, there is not a lot to complain about. Management is responsive and issues are resolved quickly, including any complaints about pests. There is a small swimming pool and gym and a beautiful 1/2 mile walk around a private lake that is nice to take your dog around. If you have a pet, there is no monthly charge, which is a nice bonus compared to other apartments in the area.
Room sizes are nice and big closet spaces. Small sink area and storage in the bathroom and everything is again... very basic. It's a good place to land if you aren't concerned about the frills.

Great place
Love it here! Management is super kind and gets back to you very quickly regarding maintenance requests or general questions. The property is located next to a lake with a walking trail, and there is a pool open in the summer. Only about 15-20minutes away from Regent and the beach, and is nearby to many stores and restaurants. Perfect location.
