2900 West Dallas - Average All Around
The apartment complex has four pools and a great two-story gym space that we have heavily utilized during our time here. It also has a secure package locker that gives peace-of-mind for deliveries. For the most part, the apartments are nice with newer appliances and real hardwood floors. We've run into some issues with noise from neighbors, and it seems like the general age of neighbors has decreased so that there is more of a party feel to the complex. The complex is a bit older and has run into more maintenance issues as a result, including lack of AC in the interior hallways, dingy and dirty carpet in the hallways, occasional fire alarms for non-fire related reasons, etc. For the price we pay honestly I expected better, and we're looking forward to moving out in late October and finding someplace else to live. Management is good- they tend to be responsive, but we have had some issues with certain of the "leasing specialists" not knowing the answer to certain basic questions.
