Good location in North Boulder

I really enjoy living here. It’s not super close to the law school, but it’s walking distance to downtown Boulder, and has a nice park and pretty view of the mountains nearby. Only issue is that, while the issues we’ve had so far are pretty minor, PG rentals is not very responsive when we report issues.
