Great 2-unit house on Old West Side
My partner and I have loved leasing this well-kept historic home near the YMCA. The only con is that it is driving/biking distance from the hospital and medical school. Otherwise we love having diverse neighbors from all walks of life, our proximity to the YMCA and downtown, and the quiet and safe area. The house itself has a lot of charming historic features such as hardwood floors, high ceilings, and original light fixtures.
