Pretty standard NYC apartment experience
My apartment itself is great but the management is often slow to respond or totally non-responsive. The super is a wonderful guy but manages a ton of buildings so it can be hard to get him to do maintenance. The value of this building is largely that it has great views and a lot of the units have outdoor space, mine included. The location itself is great but the apartment is far from subways (close to a bus stop but NYC buses are unreliable).
