Wonderful Apartment Option
I really love my apartment, especially because of the in house washer and dryer. It is a new, modern building with a great interior design with the addition of 2 tables, 2 chairs, a couch, and a queen bed frame and mattress. This is a wonderful option for grad students and/or those working at University Hospitals Main Campus. The price is a bit high, especially with no added amenities but I think the location, security, and layout is worth the price. When renting my apartment, management was very responsive and has always been willing to answer any of my questions. They are very good with communication and making sure that everything in the apartment is fully functioning.

Great location, but Owners are Sneaky
Located in Little Italy, a few steps away from public transportation that takes you directly to/from the airport or downtown Cleveland. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and they are pet friendly, but renters BEWARE: the owners of this apartment are VERY sneaky. You need to very extremely clear and detailed with your needs, financial budget, and lease agreements. They will agree to certain needs, add it to the lease, but slip in very fine print that "all of these conditions can be cancelled and reversed." You can establish a need to utilities/internet/pet fees/furniture to be included in the rent, but be sure you check the fine print. Don't sign the contract until everything meets your expectations.
