It is a great apartment complex that is secure and with several floorpans that fit a variety of needs. Levy park, adjacent to the apartment is my primary reason for choosing this!

Love my apartment! Secluded enough from the fast pace city life and safe area to walk my dog at night. The park across the street has security 24/7 and hosts fun events every other weekend that are fun when taking study breaks.

Close to Levy Park!

Not huge floorplans but definitely sufficient. Comes with washer/dryer. Clean, updated appliances/carpeting. They do make you get a technology package (cable/internet) and valet trash. Internet mostly reliable. It is a gated community and feels very safe. The parking garage is super convenient. Good amenities - 4 pools, two story gym. Maintenance works very quickly if you have issues. They take care of the property very well. Only downside is sometimes the leaf blower/mower can be going all morning and can be loud.

The location is great – very central to everything. I live 12-15 minutes from campus is 7-10 minutes from downtown. Lots of great restaurants in the area, many within walking distance on Richmond Ave. Super quiet complex, mostly young professionals or couples. Very nice, updated apartments with large balconies and pretty courtyards. Safe area with good police/security presence and parking is always easy. Maybe a little pricier than some other places but worth all the pros. I have two cats and they really enjoy the balcony as well.

The location is amazing, but we have had a lot of issues with construction on the road. It is right across from Levy Park, and is in Upper Kirby. There are multiple pools and a 24/7 fitness center (with personal trainers available), dry cleaning lockers, an e-lounge, and a community/party room. The water is shared, so you don't have a lot of control on that. You have Xfinity wifi and cable with HBO for around $120 (included in the rent). There are parking garages connected to the apartments, and the community is gated. However, the walls are thin and you can hear what is happening on the streets, and the management is not always the easiest to work with, but maintenance will do their best to be accommodating. Also Camden Greenway recently became smoke free.
