Overall great place to live

While this place is more expensive than some other similar apartments, it has a convenient pool, gym, and parking along with all electric appliances for a very nice luxury apartment. the neighborhood is convenient with bus stops nearby as well as some food/grocery options within walking distance.

Very happy with it

1.5 miles south of campus, a nice bike ride into campus. Higher-end, quality apartment building that is a bit cheaper than some others due to the increased distance from campus. Have been very pleased with it thus far and would recommend it to incoming students who want to have a bit more distance from campus.
