Terrible - avoid at all costs

Nice looking property with pool, clubhouse, gym, and available covered parking. However, looks are deceiving. Noise is a persistent issue as sound travels well through incredibly thin walls between units. Complex parking lot is pitch black at night and my roommate had his wheels stolen one night. I have come home on multiple occasions to police cruisers outside by building, with no indication from them or from management about the nature of the visits. The property advertises a year-round heated pool on its website, but they close it during the cold months. Management is almost never at the property, instead telecommuting from another property 20 minutes away. Property is located right next to an industrial park with a dog daycare facility that leads to constant audible dog barking.
