Great place for Downtown Living
I have had no issues living at Executive House the last 3 years. It is at a great location at the start of second street downtown with easy access to the highway and surrounding city areas.
Some issues with homelessness and loitering are present, but Executive House provides secure private garage parking, key fob access, and other security measures.
The staff is also very responsive and helpful when work orders are needed. Other tenants/neighbors are also mindful of noise and the walls themselves are not paper thin.
Overall, it is a slightly higher rent cost than other apartments, but with the caveat of superior service and solid amenities that are included.
