Great amenities complex
Got lucky with our landlord but each unit has a porch, we have an indoor year-round pool, a weight room, a billiards room, and a conference room that is usable by anyone at the complex. Management has been helpful when needed. No dogs are allowed, which is unfortunate. Only two miles from the school and only a few blocks from restaurants and grocers. Close to bus route on 28th. We also have an indoor parking spot under our building, free street parking, and a storage unit next to our garage spot. Plus our unit is lucky to have a southern facing porch, so we get a good view of the mountains.
