Lots of space
The apartment has a lot of storage and a great downstairs floor plan and we love having 2.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms are very small, and we likely wouldn't be able to fit three people in the apartment - we use our third bedroom entirely for storage space and as a guest bed, but the closet is entirely full. The area has had some issues with break-ins in the past so safety is definitely a concern but management has been responsive and communicative about it and we haven't had issues recently. It's close to campus and walking distance from downtown which we like.
