Good enough
The apartment itself is good enough, especially for how cheap the rent is. However, it is lacking in several areas regarding utilities; specifically it came with no microwave, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, and no ceiling fans/lights in any room besides the kitchen and bathroom. Very cheap rent, but we had to spend a lot to make up for those missing components to make the place more livable. The property itself is not super well maintained and it is not in the best spot of town. Cars are parked in the fire lane, the pool is closed way too often, and the roads are either not well maintained or dirt and full of potholes.
