Good for a first-time renter

I think this apartment is nice. The front office is always available and helpful which is rare at other places. Also, parking is free and I only pay for electricity and internet. I have a lot of space, as well. I haven't really had any problems with bugs being inside my apartment, but there are a lot of lizards and roaches outside. Overall, especially for the price, I'm glad I decided to stay here, though.
