Overpriced and feels sterile/bland, but not bad, I guess

The place is another overpriced high-rise, despite its marketing as a "luxury" apartment complex. It feels very bland and kind of stuffy, since 90%+ of the apartments have no balconies and can't open windows (maybe this is just me being weird. but the bathrooms and bedrooms in many floor plans have no windows at all, and the windows you do get don't open, so it can feel a little claustrophobic). There is no "community" feeling, nor are the amenities anything different than other "nice" apartment complexes. Like, 618 S Main seems far better to me. But pros: very clean, since it was just renovated for fall '24. No major issues with management or receiving mai or anything like that. Appliances are generally cheap and builder-grade but still new, at least. Plenty of parking, despite outrageous fee. They accept pets, for a fee. I'm not sure where you'd take them out, though. About 15 minute walk to law school. Good location for people who don't have a car or enjoy going out to bars, etc. on weekends. I haven't heard people living next to me or above me nearly as much as some older homes and buildings I lived in. The heat and air work well; you just have to set it to 3-4 degrees lower than what you want (air) or higher (heat).

So, it's fine. I just wouldn't be fooled by their marketing as some unique luxury place. They're another high rise. That's literally it. If you want to pay for a nice view and clean apartment, then it's probably good.
