Generally Good

Lived here because we wanted to be outside of Denver but still in a great community. Very happy with our unit so far. It is a bit on the smaller side, and it is marketed as a non-smoking property but there are some tenants that disregard this. Management seems to take it seriously though which is reassuring. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms which was strange, and the windows don't open. This means you have to open your patio door to get fresh air and use lots of lamps or open the blinds (which can introduce privacy issues on the first floor) to light up rooms. Overall a relatively minor gripe, but something to consider nonetheless. Still a great property for the proximity to Mainstreet and the farmer's market
