Cute, Small, Old Apartment Unit in Capitol Hill
I've lived here alone for three years and just started living with my partner, I really like the space I'm in and it's been nice to have consistency. It is a very bare-bones old apartment though, no dishwasher, no microwave, no laundry (shared laundry in the basement), no balcony, no parking, no included utilities, no AC, no centralized heat (radiators instead), but I like it! It works, it's fairly cheap considering my location is in a beautiful neighborhood in Capitol Hill, I'm near downtown and Cheesman Park, I'm a walk away from Wash Park and lots of areas I love, it's $1,350 total and I've never had any real issues with management, it has beautiful hardwood floors, big open windows, nice layout, vintage doors and door handles, a breakfast nook built into the kitchen, it has a lot of personality!
