Solid higher end building

A bit on pricier end but amenities and proximity to metro account for that (1 block from Noma).

Decent Luxury Apartment

Really nice apartment and amenities, no complaints on that as it is a luxury apartment complex. Also very conveniently located near the metro and three big grocery stores. The main problem is that there is a high monthly common area utility fee that can range from literally 50-300 dollars, and management is very unclear on how this charge is calculated.
