Great interacting with the property owner, they only own 3-4 places so it's easy to get hold of them; the building is new, has a ton of floorspace, and has AC/Full Kitchen. Only complaint is that the thermostat doesn't work (it's either manual full-blast or off, automatic just keeps it on permanently).
