Preserve is great!!
I have had a great experience so far in my apartment! Maintenance comes in a very timely manner and follows up to make sure everything is working all right after their service. They do very well with the upkeep of the yard and pest control. I feel very safe in my apartment. It’s next to the highway but it’s not very loud. It’s a quiet place to live. They also have a yard design designated for pets to play, and the Lookout to the lake is beautiful. I would definitely recommend looking into this apartment complex.

Review of Preserve
So far, I have had no complaints. The gym is small and functional. I like that W/D hookups are in each unit. Also the building accepts animals. The dog park is kinda sad, but you can take them down to the lake which makes up for it! Also, the lake is very pretty; especially at night.
