Good for the price, terrible maintenance

While the location, price, and size of the bedrooms, as well as the inclusion of furniture was great, York simply did not follow basic landlord tenant guidelines. They ignored many service calls, replaced our locks one day without notice, entering while one of us was in the apartment, claiming they were at the "wrong apartment," then denied any wrongdoing. Would still recommend in 1L as it is a great way to build community and great location in relation to Osgoode, prepare to be subject to many LTB violations.
