30 Tretti Way

I have enjoyed my time as a resident at Tretti Condos. I opted to not stay in Osgoode/York residence because I wanted a separation between work and life. The location of Tretti allows me to do this in an affordable way while also being close to campus. Tretti Condos is a very short walk from Wilson TTC station which is just 4 stops away from York University Station. The commute takes about 25 minutes in total. There is an underground pass from Tretti Condos to the subways station so you will not have to deal with walking in the cold in the winter.

The building itself is very clean and safe. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with my boyfriend for only $2450 with free wifi! My neighbours have never been loud and all the residents I have met have been respectful. There are only 13 floors so you rarely have to wait for the elevator. I have a beautiful view on the 13th floor overlooking a city skyline and a new park! The park will be finished construction at the end of fall 2024.

The building is also pet friendly. There is a pet grooming room, pet bathroom room, and there will be a dog park just steps from the building when the park is complete.

The only issue I have had is with my AC. We have been trying to get it replaced for a month but they are waiting for a new unit to become available opposed to ordering a new one (which seems pretty cheap). This has been a bit annoying but as far as I know I have not heard of my neighbours having the same issue.
