Large and Older

The apartment is very spacious (900 sq ft).
Laundry is on site, out of unit, 3$/ load.
The kitchen is not very updated but everything works well. (Dishwasher, gas stove and oven.)
Wood floors.
Radiative heating.
No AC except for personal window units.
Garden unit with doors to outside only.
Very happy with the apartment over all.
