Overall good
I enjoy the location as there are 3 different bus routes on the block. You can take the bus or walk 10 minutes to the Wilson (Red/Purple) stop. Maintenance is very responsive and has never taken more than 1 business day to resolve any issue. The ceilings are pretty high and there is a large window that offers a lot of light to the unit. The in unit laundry washer and dryer units are good. On the downside this unit is more expensive than it should be for the size and location in my opinion. The bedroom is also somewhat small (10ftx10ft). Also the bedroom window is looking out the next buildings patio so it is not a ton of privacy is you open the blinds often.
