Decent apartments for the price!
I have not lived here for very long but so far I like it and plan to stay. The apartments are old, so things like the kitchen and bathroom are not updated. My two biggest issues are that 1) that it doesn't look like the bathroom has been updated since the building was built so there are large rust stains and very old stains in the tub and sink, and 2) there is no A/C or dishwasher. However, the rent is a good price for the size of the apartment, there is extra storage in the basement, they allow pets without a large deposit - just a monthly fee, and building is much better quality than most new apartments - real hardwood floors and thick walls/floors (I never hear my neighbors, even the ones above me), and it's close to campus. You can pay a small fee for parking, although there are fewer spots than apartments. The management is very response and has been helpful with any issues I've had!
