Decent

The apartment complex is newer and nice. The property management does a great job maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, and maintenance quarterly inspects the units to replace air filters and check smoke detecters. The only downside to the community is that the surrounding area is not the nicest. There are instances of people arguing and having domestic disputes. We have witnessed people brandishing guns, and on one occasion shots were fired at the apartment building. However, most of the time we feel safe so long as we take precautions when going out at night. The neighborhood is also not too noisy most of the time.
