Great value

My rent for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment that includes an additional office room is $1260 a month (including my additional fee for my pet). It includes all utilities aside from electricity. Amenities include a nice clubhouse with a game room, study room, gym with everything you need, pool, and hot tub. Each apartment comes with a nice balcony as well. If you have a dog, there are clean-up stations everywhere and the area is very walkable. The location has pros/cons, it is in forest so it is very peaceful, but it is also a 20-30 minute drive to LUCOM.

Westyn Village

Love it here, it’s a little far from LUCOM (about 25 minutes) but the apartment is gorgeous and in a really nice area!

I like it

The area is really nice, and the view of the mountains is gorgeous, especially during the drive to school. The complex is new which is nice, and the amenities are great. The hot tubs don't really work though, and management is incredibly difficult to deal with. If you have no problems with your apartment it's fine, but if you run into issues it is almost impossible to get anything resolved.
