Convenient but Expensive

The property is 2mins away from LBJ in a quiet community with access to quite a few restaurants. The property is expensive, with a few hidden cost popping up from time to time.

Additionally, the electricity cost is quite strange, I found that the property generate $6.00 per week in electricity cost when I was away. While there I consume $10 weekly on average. The property generates more electricity than my wife and I do together.

Despite it's charms, it's very expensive.
