Probably the best apt complex in Greensboro
As with any apt complex, it has its issues with loud neighbors, dog owners not picking up after their dogs, and litter, however, I believe it’s one of the better apt complexes if you plan on living in the city just 15 minutes from the school. One downside compared to other apts though is that it doesn’t have cameras in the parking lot and there has occasionally been some crime where cameras would’ve helped. This has been brought to management’s attention, but they have yet to do anything about it. It was just opened in 2021 so the apts and appliances are new so you don’t need much maintenance, but even if you do need maintenance, they’re very fast to respond to any concerns. It offers 1 bed, 1 bath up to 3 beds, 2 baths all modern and very spacious with lots of storage room, decently sized balconies, and walk in closets; and it’s pet friendly with all kinds of pets, even dog breeds termed aggressive and exotic pets. It also has a private fenced in dog park, a pool, and gas fire pits by the pool. The pool is always clean and always open with luxury seating. The main clubhouse also has games, a gym, a computer office, and a space you can rent at an additional price for events. They also host a lot of cute events like food trucks and holiday parties. It’s right near the entrance for Route 73 and far enough from the city center if you don’t like city life. However, it’s also close enough to everything so you have the best of both worlds. It’s the same distance from Jamestown and High Point as it is from downtown Greensboro. I like how there’s a long driveway with a lake leading up to the apts and a nice view of the woods behind so there’s a little more privacy since it’s not right off the highway. There’s free parking near the apts, but they also offer reserved parking spots and garages for an additional price.
