Sagemont Apartments
Lovely, comfortable Apartment. About 2 minutes drive to University Campus and about 10 - 15 minutes walking distance. It offers great facilities - adequate parking, gym, pool and prompt service maintenance.
It's very quiet and private. They monthly have a get-together of sorts which has allowed me the opportunity to make some good friends.
It is also close to the airport!

Excellent Housing
The proximity to the University is great. 10 minutes walk and that can be your daily exercise. The apartment has adequate parking, and is private and quiet despite the large number of apartments.
It is very cool inside even when it’s very hot outside - so I seldom use the Airconditioner and that saves electricity costs.
The maintenance team is very prompt to respond to service requests.
Overall, an excellent accommodation
