Commute is worth the price
I know this apartment is not near campus, but I chose to live here because it was the nicest place I could afford. The property was recently bought out by Greystar and is in the process of being completely renovated (interior of units, new pools, new amenities, clubhouse renovation, etc.). I love how much space my apartment has and to spilt the price of rent with one roommate makes it very affordable. The balcony is super spacious, and it has 2 decent closets, in addition to the ones in each bedroom. The apartment is 1 mile from the entrance to 36 and the RTD station. In the morning the commute can sometimes be around 30-35 minutes (20 minutes without traffic), but I think it's worth it because of the money I'm saving compared to places near campus.
