The best part is the price

It's cheap, and spacious but you get what you pay for. The building is old and in states of disrepair, but nothing that negatively impacts quality of life, really. But if you can't handle uneven floors, paint all over the floor, drafty windows, etc. then I wouldn't recommend.

Maintenance is responsive though.
