Pretty solid if you are not on a budget.

The location in goose hollow is great, however if you don't have a car I wouldn't recommend it because getting to campus on public transit is a bit of a hassle. I have been surprised by how thick the walls are, one of my neighbors has a baby and I haven't heard anything.
