Very Private Property

Walton on the Park is a very private residence that offers a quiet, secluded environment, right downtown in the Gold Coast. All of my neighbors are very friendly and the events for children are much appreciated. Great place for the kids in the building to be able to interact.

Luxury at its finest

You can't find finishes like this at a rental property anywhere else in the city! HIGH end condo finishes are just the start of why I love calling Walton on the Park home. I love my apartment, but my first stop when I get home is the hot tub or sauna, there is no better way to unwind!

Prime Location

This building is in prime location - surrounded by Michigan Avenue, lots of shops and tons of restaurants. In addition, the doormen/women are extremely friendly and helpful. The building also has tons of amenities - pool, workout room, party room, etc.
