Overall not a fan on this place. My room is nice and they do have a gameroom and 24/7 gym which is nice. Unfortunately due to thin walls/loud neighbors I have had a lot of nights where I have struggled to sleep. Also had a bit of a pest problem for a bit. Location is great but early on there were break-ins in the garage but thankfully that only happened in the first month here.

This apartment building is a bit cheaper than other apartments in Midtown because we don’t have a pool. The apartments are slightly larger than other buildings in the area, which was important to us. There is a large common room, gym, and incredible patio space that is rarely used with grills and fire pits. The property managers are very responsive, and submitting a maintenance request is easy.

The management is really nice and the building is very new. The insulation between apartments and floors is impressively effective! There are many ammenities within the building and an entire gated garage which is very nice. The only thing that makes it less ideal is the location. It is fairly convenient to campus, but otherwise around a lot of hospitals rather than shops or businesses that would be nice to have. Other places this close probably have more options that are walkable.

The apartment was dirty and mold was coming out of the shower head. I put in requests and several days later nothing had changed. Management company lied to corporate about their responsiveness and did not take care of mold or other aspects of the apartment other than change a light bulb.

The management does a fantastic job of organizing events for the community and is responsive to service requests! Everyone is very friendly. Can be a bit loud on the weekends if living on the street side of the building and is far enough from campus that requires a car. Our rent includes a one bedroom plus an open study.

The management here is wonderful! They always have great activities for the residents, they are very prompt to respond, and are always trying to find ways to make the community better. It is also a short drive to campus with usually very little traffic.
