Ivy Ridge Review
Maintenance is not very reliable and can take a long time. There are various issues that I have experienced living there with flooding, leaking, car break-ins etc. however, the apartment is affordable and spacious and has a covered parking garage.

Close to school, always people around, stuff going on, stuff open late, water and greenery and bus lines all nearby.
Easy access to everything. Close to campus. Beautiful place.
There are pretty good restaurants in the U district, a variety of grocery stores and easy access to UW.
Overall safe, but not clean.
Close to campus, but the ave gets old
very safe and a lot of food.
Good food around and very close to campus but not much else to do and not actually a very clean or scenic area
